About Us

The Bulgarian Bodyguard Federation was founded by sports clubs of state and private security structures, which develop and participate in the practical sports multi-discipline competition "Bodyguard".

Apart from the development and participation in the multi-discipline competition the Federation has been pursuing goals related to forming and applying a model for the assistance and development of the training, sports and competitive process in state and private security structures, sports clubs, organisations, etc.

The policy of the Federation is directed at stimulating the sports talents of the members of the Federation and at assisting the teams in their participation in internal, national, international and world competitions. The Federation is actively engaged in the preparation and qualification of the competition referees as well as the competitors from the various clubs by organising seminars and training sessions.

The activity is constantly developed and in priority it is directed at raising the authority of the personnel of security structures and at developing their sports and professional preparation.
